Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
- Oversee front desk, answer calls and greet clients
- Handle mail deliveries
- Liaise with building maintenance teams
- Assist management with administrative duties
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or reception experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
