Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

  • Oversee front desk, answer calls and greet clients
  • Handle mail deliveries
  • Liaise with building maintenance teams
  • Assist management with administrative duties

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative or reception experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
