Law Firm IT Trainer – #5162
Our client is seeking a Law Firm IT Trainer to support the design, development, and delivery of technology training programs. This role is responsible for onboarding, technology rollouts, and ongoing skills development, while creating engaging learning resources that improve user adoption and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technology training through in-person, virtual, and blended learning formats.
- Facilitate onboarding, software rollouts, upgrades, and practice-specific technical training.
- Design, develop, and maintain training materials, including eLearning modules, videos, reference guides, and presentations.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate training schedules and maintain course materials, attendance records, and learning plans.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective learning solutions.
Qualifications
- Certificate or specialization in adult learning methodologies.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in learning and development or a related field.
- Experience designing, delivering, and maintaining learning programs from planning through evaluation.
- Strong facilitation skills with experience delivering both in-person and virtual training.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, document management systems, and eLearning software such as Articulate 360 and Camtasia.
- Excellent organizational, project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in a medium-to-large professional services environment is an asset, as is familiarity with legal software.
