Our client, a Surrey law firm, is seeking an energetic and motivated Estate Litigation LAA to join their legal team. The ideal candidate will ideally have a background in estates litigation and will be a self-starter who is willing to take ownership over their work. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Surrey’s most prestigious firms.
Job responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
- Scheduling trials, application, examinations and mediations
- Document management
- Drafting and editing legal documents including basic pleadings
- Trial preparation
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 4 years’ litigation experience, ideally with estates litigation.
- Advanced computer skills including a proficiency with Microsoft Office
- LAA certificate from a recognized institution and/or relevant experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Energetic and proactive approach
