Our client, a highly esteemed boutique law firm in the downtown core is actively seeking a professional and career-minded Annuities Clerk to join their firm. This firm is known for its friendly atmosphere and specializes in a specific area of law.  As the chosen candidate, you will possess in-depth knowledge of accounting standards, an eye for detail, as well as excellent communication skills.

Job responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

  • Manage and process invoices
  • Oversee client reminders and maintenance fee due dates
  • Manage incoming retainers
  • Other related duties

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 1 years’ experience in a law firm or professional services environment
  • Experience in an accounting department would be an asset
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
