Corporate Services Clerk – Large Law Firm

Our client, a national law firm located in the heart of downtown Vancouver is looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to fill their newly available opportunity for a Corporate Services Clerk role. The position is full-time and consists of, but is not limited to, the following duties:

  • Keep and update a temporary storage system of minute books
  • Preparation and filing of annual reports for a corporate records department
  • Prepare, process and maintain efficient and accurate document management systems
  • Ensure files, documents and databases are kept up-to-date
