Our client, a prominent law firm located in South Surrey, is seeking a receptionist to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished and professional candidate to gain invaluable experience.

Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Greet and direct clients, vendors, and visitors
• Handle a multiple line switchboard and direct calls
• Maintain boardrooms, including reservations
• Various other admin tasks including scanning, photocopying, faxing and filing

Maintaining a professional image at all times is vital, and therefore, the ideal candidate will be professional in all regards and will be a “career receptionist”. The role requires someone who is highly organized and has an exceptional attention to detail in his or her work. A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role as a Receptionist in a professional environment is a must. The successful candidate will also need to have strong technical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
