Record Management Clerk – Prominent Downtown Vancouver Law Firm

The Vancouver office of a National prominent law firm is recruiting for a Records Management Clerk. This role will focus on the courier desk and off site records. You will be responsible for all incoming and outgoing couriers and with compiling, maintaining, searching and retrieving offsite records and files as necessary.
Some duties and responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Receive and deliver incoming courier deliveries in a timely fashion;
- Ensure that all outgoing deliveries have correct information and follow up to ensure that deliveries have been completed;
- Manage all aspects of the Firm’s off-site filing system including closing files, maintaining accurate and up to date records handling requests for retrieval of files;
- Other tasks and duties as may be assigned;
Qualifications:
- Previous office experience, preferably in a professional services environment;
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team;
- Experience with databases;
- Previous experience with Iron Mountain Records Storage would be hugely beneficial;
- Excellent communications and customer service skills;
