Work for a well established, and highly respected firm located in Surrey.  Working primarily with one lawyer as well as others in the group you will be responsible for assisting the wealth management group in all aspects of its growing practice, including document preparation, precedent development and maintenance, management of its wills vault, maintenance of trust records, liaison with government agencies and client relations.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3 years experience in Wills and Estates.
  • Strong document production skills, including working knowledge of MS Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, including ability to communicate in a professional, mature and courteous manner.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to produce quality work or attention to detail.
  • A team player who can work independently and take the initiative.
  • A certificate/diploma from an accredited Paralegal program would be an asset.
