Our client is a medium sized, full service law firm and they have a newly created role for an outgoing and ambitious candidate to fill their newly available role for a Trainer. The Trainer will be responsible for developing, coordinating and delivering technology training to the Lawyers and staff of the firm, as well as for rollouts of new or upgraded technology. In addition, the Trainer will also be responsible for updating and maintaining the software training curriculum and documentation for the firm.

Further duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Be the first post of contact for escalated support calls that relate to troubleshooting and resolving staff/lawyers software issues.
  • Collect data and information regarding user experiences, training effectiveness and challenges in order to improve upon user productivity.

The successful applicant will have a minimum 7 years’ experience in the legal industry, ideally as a Word Document Specialist.  Proficiency and expert knowledge of Microsoft Office is also needed for this role. As it exemplary communication skills and attention to detail in ones work. Salary and benefits offered by the firm are highly competitive.
