A well-established, and growing advisory company is seeking a professional Securities Paralegal to join their team of professionals. The successful applicant will provide corporate compliance, regulatory, and securities services, to an array of companies.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following areas:

  • Corporate Records Management
  • Regulatory filings and continuous disclosure
  • Corporate and Securities Matters
  • Press Releases
  • Board and Committee functions

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to work on multiple projects under pressure
  • High level of organization, communication and professionalism
  • Must have experience with SEDAR, SEDI and TSXV
  • Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook skill set
  • 5+ years in a Securities Paralegal position, ideally with some experience in a law firm
