Our client, a mid-size law firm in Surrey, is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to gain invaluable experience within a law firm.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting and directing visitors
  • Handle a multiple line switchboard and direct calls
  • Various admin tasks including scanning, photocopying, faxing and filing
  • Dealing with couriers and mail


  • Strong communication skills – interpersonal, verbal and written
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Detail oriented and professional demeanour
