Office Services Clerk – Boutique Downtown Law Firm with great corporate culture!

Our client, a mid-size downtown law firm, is looking for an ambitious candidate to fill their newly available Office Services opportunity. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to get their foot in the door with an exceptional organization.

The successful applicant will ideally have some reception or corporate office experience. Professionalism is of the utmost importance in this role, as well as, the ability to handle a very busy desk. Attention to detail, and a strong work ethic a key to this role.

Some duties and responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Receive and deliver incoming courier deliveries in a timely fashion;
  • Assist office staff with copying, data entry, file opening/closing;
  • Other tasks and duties as may be assigned;
