Office Manager – Friendly Boutique Accounting Firm

This very well-known and established Downtown Accounting Firm has a newly available position for an Office Manager.  The person must be pro-active, a team player and professional. The successful candidate will have experience running all elements of a professional services office, from facilities and IT to human resources.


  • Experience effectively managing the administrative capacity of an office
  • Experience and/or education in HR or Business Administration. Experience managing a professional services office is strongly preferred
  • Ability to develop and execute HR business plans, taking into consideration business objectives and initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to function effectively with a high degree of independence
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
