Office Facilities Manager for a Large Vancouver Organization – Competitive Salary and Benefits

Located downtown Vancouver, this prestigious organization is looking for an individual with exemplary people skills and a strong attention to detail in all aspects of their work. The firm is comprised of a diverse team of individuals so the ability to work and liaise within a team is needed. Multitasking and time-management are critical to performing the duties of this position.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain schedules for contracts and warranties
  • Liaise with IT regarding technology
  • Oversee the office records function within the office including liaising with the off-site storage provider and ensuring accurate records are kept of material stored off-site
  • Responsible for the coaching training and general supervision of all Office Services staff
  • Maintain fixed asset inventory
  • Overseeing office moves, renovations and improvements

The successful candidate of this position must have a minimum of 5 years’ office management experience in similar areas of responsibility, ideally in a professional services environment. This opportunity is ideal for an individual looking to develop their career and expand on their skill set.
