Junior to Intermediate Corporate/Commercial LAA/Paralegal for Vancouver Law Firm

Our client is seeking a junior to intermediate Corporate/Commercial LAA to join their busy legal team. This is an excellent chance to work with a great group of commercial/commercial lawyers in a friendly, down to earth, highly respected local law firm located just outside the downtown Vancouver. Our client offers its’ employees a strong emphasis on work-life balance, job satisfaction and an excellent salary and benefits package.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Corporate/Commercial LAA and/or Paralegal
  • LAA or Paralegal certificate or diploma from accredited institution
  • Strong technical skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently is imperative in this role

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Lawyers with general transactional work, corporate reorganizations, and incorporations
  • Handle client inquiries and day-to-day corporate matters independently
  • Filings with the BC Registrar of Companies
  • Other duties as assigned
