Our client, an innovative and well-respected, downtown legal firm, is looking for an ambitious candidate to fill their newly available role as an Accounting Clerk/Receptionist. This role is comprised of general accounting clerk duties as well as general administration assistance and reception. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to gain invaluable experience within the legal and accounting industry.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Reception
  • Greeting and directing visitors
  • Dealing with couriers and mail
  • Accounts payable
  • Billing and invoicing support


  • Preference given to those with formal accounting training and law firm experience
  • Strong communication skills – interpersonal, verbal and written
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Detail oriented and professional demeanor

This is a great position with potential that will help further develop your experience in a professional industry and environment. The client is looking for someone who is ambitious and willing to take on a challenging workload while maintaining a level of professionalism and accuracy in their work.
