In-House Paralegal – Growing Company with Great Corporate Culture!

Our client is seeking a polished and professional Corporate Paralegal to join their company located in North Vancouver. This is an excellent chance to move in-house and work with a rapidly growing company.  The ideal candidate will be proactive, nimble, have excellent communication skills and will feel at home in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Paralegal in corporate/commercial, ideally with some exposure to contracts administration
  • Paralegal diploma or certificate from an accredited institution or other relevant post-secondary education
  • Strong technical skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Duties include:

  • Drafting contracts and other legal documents such as NDA’s, employment contracts, etc.
  • Management of the processes and systems for the department
  • Liaising with external counsel
  • Project work and research
