Our client, a well-known insurance defence firm in Vancouver, has recently expanded their team. They are looking for a motivated Paralegal to join their dynamic team. This firm is known for their valued dedication and client commitment.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Drafting documents such as pleadings and motions
  • Scheduling and maintaining calendars, discoveries and trial dates
  • General file organization
  • Liaising with defendants and witnesses
  • Other duties to be determined


  • Minimum 2 years of ICBC Insurance/ Defence Experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail, technical skills, self motivated and proactive
  • Strong communication skills, verbal, written and interpersonal
  • Paralegal diploma or certificate from an accredited institution
