Hospitality Clerk – Exciting New Opportunity

Our client, a national law firm located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, is actively seeking a Hospitality Clerk to join their team You will be providing friendly and helpful customer service to both clients and guests.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 20lbs
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize

Duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

  •  Ensure boardrooms are prepared for meetings, including arranging any catering and coffee/tea/water service
  •  Ensure boardrooms are cleaned and maintained when meetings and/or functions are completed
  • Clean/tidy and restock kitchen and breakrooms
