Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an LAA or Administrative Assistant in a law firm or professional services environment
  • Ability to prioritize workload and excellent organizational skills
  • Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently as well as be a great team player

Responsibilities:

  • Opening, maintaining and closing files
  • Drafting legal documents
  • Coordinating bookings
  • Other general administrative duties as required
