Enthusiastic LAA – Boutique Law Firm!

Our client, a prominent boutique law firm located in heart of downtown Vancouver, is looking for a detailed and organized candidate for their newly available Corporate Commercial LAA role.

Requirements:

  • Legal Assistant Certificate from accredited institution
  • Extremely detail oriented and vigilant, with strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that goals and expectations are met in a timely manner and within budget
  • Host project meetings and produce, distribute, and record meeting minutes
  • Drafting of correspondence and legal documents
  • Providing administrative support to Lawyers and other Assistants
  • Other duties to be determined
