This position is for a Corporate Records Clerk with a Vancouver law firm. In this role you will provide administrative assistance to the Corporate Records Department and you will be part of an amazing group of professionals.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a legal environment
- Knowledge with minute books, corporate precedents and procedures
- Strong technical skills including experience with ALF, BC Online, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe
- Knowledge of general office procedures including records and information management filing systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
