Corporate/Commercial Paralegal – Work Close to Home!

Our client, a prominent law firm in the Fraser Valley, is in growth mode and is seeking an Intermediate to Senior Corporate/Commercial Paralegal to join their legal team. The chosen candidate will have excellent multitasking abilities paired with a keen eye for detail.

Duties will include:

  • Incorporations (BC and Federal) and related corporate matters, corporate reorganizations and capital alterations
  • Due diligence review of corporate records and preparation of rectification resolutions
  • Establishing family trusts, commercial lending and PPR registrations
  • Assist lawyers with transactional work as needed
  • Respond to client inquiries and handle day-to-day corporate tasks independently

This position is best suited to a Paralegal with at least 3 years’ Corporate/Commercial experience, as well as transactional drafting experience. He or she will be proficient with ALF as well as relevant legislation. If you’re thinking of a career move, this could be the job for you!
