Our client, a boutique law firm in downtown Vancouver, is looking for an experienced Corporate Commercial Associate to join their team. This firm is committed to working together as a team and places a high importance on maintaining an inclusive and supportive working environment.

The successful applicant must have:

  • Minimum 3 years of corporate/commercial experience
  • Law degree and be a member of the Law Society of BC
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Experience with negotiations, contract drafting and enforcement

The successful candidate must also have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, strong business acumen, and be able to effectively handle challenging situations in a time sensitive environment.
