Our client is a regulatory body with offices based in Vancouver and this role is an independent role  that is responsible for organizing conduct reviews/meetings and ensuring all necessary follow-up.

They are looking for an exceptional candidate to fill their newly created role and some of the duties include:

  • Timely handling of all matters associated with the coordination and scheduling of reviews and meetings, as per the practices and standards or the organization.
  • Frequent oral and written communication with the Board and Committee members, in a courteous, diplomatic, and professional manner.
  • Organizing and preparing written materials and records
  • Drafting memoranda, minutes and reports and reviewing, formatting and proof-reading draft reports prepared by others.
  • Liaising between departments, and regular communication with members and external stakeholders, regarding the conduct.

The successful candidate for this opportunity will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a highly regulated industry or within a regulatory body
  • Experience dealing with Boards and Committees.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanour
