Work for a small, well established, and highly respected firm located in the heart of the Downtown core. Our client is looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to fill their newly available opportunity for a Commercial Real Estate paralegal. The client has a stellar reputation for providing top-notch legal expertise and guidance to guidance to their diverse client base.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ commercial real estate Paralegal experience, preferably within a law firm setting
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office and document/knowledge management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to handle and effectively prioritize work
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Duties for this role include all aspects of commercial real estate including transactions, sales, and acquisitions. There will also be some residential conveyancing work.  This position offers, tremendous opportunity for career development in a supportive and dynamic environment.
