Our client, a national law firm located in Vancouver, is looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to fill their newly available opportunity for a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal. The client has a stellar reputation for providing top-notch legal expertise and guidance to their diverse client base.


  • Minimum of 5 years’ corporate real estate Paralegal experience, preferably within a law firm setting
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and document/knowledge management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to handle and effectively prioritize work.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Duties for this role include all aspects of commercial real estate including transactions, sales and acquisitions. This position offers tremendous opportunity for career development in a supportive and dynamic environment.
