Our client, a prominent boutique law firm located in the heart of downtown Vancouver is seeking a Commercial Real Estate/Lending Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial real estate experience. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to gain invaluable experience in an exceptional organization that has a solid work/life integration policy.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years’ as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
  • Strong technical and communication skills
  • Outstanding Microsoft Office Skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent proofreading abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Successfully completed Paralegal certification from an accredited institution

Corporate experience will be considered a strong asset for this position as 20-30% of the workload will be corporate commercial in nature. You will also enjoy working as part of a team as well as independently with little direction. This position, if full time, is a hybrid office/remote work schedule.  Fully remote options would be considered for right candidate. Alternatively, a 2-3 day/week part-time, strictly Commercial R/E role is an option available for someone only seeking part-time work.
