Located in the heart of Vancouver our client, a boutique firm, is looking for an exceptional candidate to fill their newly available Billings/Collections Clerk role.

Duties for the Billing Clerk role include, but at not limited to:

  • Manage, review and finalize bill batches.
  • Process and manage electronic invoices
  • Work with lawyers to contact clients re overdue invoices

Working as an integral part of the Accounting Department, the successful candidate must have a minimum of 1 year’ law firm or professional services firm billing experience and understand accounting fundamentals. Attention to detail is key in the role, as are solid administrative and organizational skills. Although not required, proficiency with Microsoft Office, as well as, e-billing software, would be an asset.
