A friendly and well-respected boutique law firm is looking for a new star to join their team.  You must have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to learn quickly and take control of the job.


  • Minimum of 2 years’ administrative assistant experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
  • Have strong ability to anticipate needs and proactively bring together resources
  • Must be highly organized with a strong ability to multitask
  • Must have ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
  • Must takes initiative and is very goal oriented

Duties will include reception, facilities management, HR support, and other administrative duties as required.
