Our client, located in New Westminster, is looking for a Conveyancer to join their team. This particular role calls for an individual who is keen to broaden their knowledge and experience base. The ideal candidate must have a strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years in Conveyancing
- Completion of a LAA certificate or diploma from an accredited institution
- Effective communication skills – interpersonal, verbal and written
- Strong computer skills
- Confident and dependable – strong initiative and ability to work effectively with a team as well as independently
Salary: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year dependent on experience.
