Job responsibilities include:

  • Greet clients
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Handle mail deliveries
  • Maintain reception, kitchen and meeting room areas
  • Assist management with administrative tasks
  • Provide support to operations related projects

The ideal candidate will have:

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year dependent on experience.
