Our client, a Surrey law firm, is looking for an ambitious candidate to fill their newly available Office Services Clerk opportunity. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to get their foot in the door with an exceptional organization.

Job responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

  • Open, close and scan documents
  • Reception relief
  • Order office supplies
  • Organize and direct incoming mail
  • Maintain meeting rooms

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in an office environment is seen as an asset
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
  • Excellent multitasking ability
  • Great communication skills

Salary: $45,000 – $47,000 per year dependent on experience.
