Our client, a downtown law firm, is looking for an ambitious candidate to fill their newly available Office Services Clerk opportunity. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to get their foot in the door with an exceptional organization.
- Organizing and delivering mail
- Assisting with photocopying, scanning and binding
- Set up of boardroom and events
- Back up reception
The ideal candidate will have:
- Customer service experience. Experience in reception/administration or a professional services environment considered a strong asset.
- Ability to maintain professionalism
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic
Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year dependent on experience.
