Corporate Records Clerk

Job No. 4760 / Vancouver / LAA

Our client, a prominent boutique law firm located in heart of downtown Vancouver, is looking for a detailed and organized candidate for their newly available Corporate Records clerk position.

Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

  • Assisting with routine corporate work and corporate filings such as annual maintenance, returns and resolutions
  • Drafting and organizing correspondence and legal documents
  • Conducting searches on BC Online, LTSA and PPSA

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Legal Assistant Certificate from accredited institution
  • At least 2 years of Corporate Records experience.
  • Extremely detail oriented and vigilant, with strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism

Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 per year dependent on experience.
