• Minimum of 2 years’ Corporate/Commercial Paralegal experience, ideally with some experience in transactional work
• Strong computer skills including experience with ALF
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong client service skills with the ability to foster strong relationships
• The ability to work independently and strong attention to detail is a must
