Our client, located in Fraser Valley, is looking for a Conveyancer to join their team.  This particular role calls for an individual who is keen to broaden their knowledge and experience base. The ideal candidate must have a strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Job responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

  • Drafting and maintenance of documents related to conveyancing including purchases, sales and refinancing
  • Liaise and assist clients as well as lawyers and brokerages
  • Performing corporate searches, LTO searches, conflict searches, and due diligence searches

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of one year experience in Conveyancing
  • Completion of a LAA certificate or diploma from an accredited institution
  • Effective communication skills – interpersonal, verbal and written
  • Strong computer skills
  • Confident and dependable – strong initiative and ability to work effectively with a team as well as independently

Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per year dependent on experience.
