Administrative and Marketing Assistant – Downtown Vancouver

Our client, a small not-for-profit organization, is looking for a candidate to fill their newly available Administrative and Marketing Assistant opportunity for approximately 25 hours a week. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking for flexibility and a long-term fit.

The ideal applicant will have a minimum 2 years’ administrative and/or marketing experience. Professionalism is of the utmost importance in this role, as well as, the ability to roll up your sleeves and assist with the various administrative tasks.  You must be able to work evenings periodically.

You will assist with:

  • event planning and execution of the events
  • client registration and renewals
  • updating the website
  • planning/recording meetings
  • other general administrative tasks as needed
