Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client, a mid-size downtown law firm, is looking for an ambitious candidate to fill their newly available Accounts Payable Clerk opportunity. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to get their foot in the door with an exceptional organization.

Job responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

  • Process and verify payments and invoices
  • Prepare documents
  • Record keeping and maintaining files
  • Work closely with the accounting team on other required tasks

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience working as an Accounting Clerk, ideally in a professional services environment
  • Excellent attention to details and communications skills
  • Strong computer skills – MS Office and related software
  • Excellent administrative, organizational and time management skills
  • Post-secondary education is preferred
  • Exceptional technical skills with Excel

Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per year dependent on experience.
