Accounting Clerk

Our client, a highly esteemed Vancouver law firm, is actively seeking a professional Accounting Clerk to join their team. As the chosen candidate, you will possess in-depth knowledge of accounting, an eye for detail, as well as excellent communication skills.

Job responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

  • Prepare and review invoices
  • Manage bank deposits
  • Manage accounts receivable
  • Assist other members of the accounting team on various tasks

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment (previous e-billing experience considered an asset).
  • Degree or diploma in accounting, business or finance is seem as an asset.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

Salary: $50,000 – $63,000 per year dependent on experience.
