Her management experience was launched with Dun & Bradstreet Software (a subsidiary of Dun & Bradstreet Corp.) where she was the National HR Manager, headquartered in Toronto with 5 regional offices across Canada. Relocating to Vancouver, Kathy held the position of Director of Human Resources with a highly respected Vancouver law firm for 14 years.
Kathy currently provides HR consultant services for small to medium sized corporate and legal firms which include resolving staffing issues, evaluation of staffing requirements, performance management, training and development, policy development, program roll-outs, employment standards issues, HRIS, strategic planning and compensation and benefits.
