Karen Bresler is a talented coach and workshop presenter. She has many years experience working in the Legal Industry and has been practicing as a lawyer in South Africa and in British Columbia, Canada for nearly 20 years.
Karen has a B.A. with majors in Psychology and Law as well as an LLB. She has also completed training in mediation in both South Africa and British Columbia. Her training as a coach has been through the highly acclaimed “Coaches Training Institute”, an international coaches training organization recognized by the International Coaching Federation. Through her work as a coach, Karen has realized her personal philosophy of working with passion and in alignment with her values. She believes that once you truly understand what is important to you: what excites you and what makes you perform at optimal levels, you can do anything by simply focusing your attention.
