Office Services Coordinator – Surrey Law Firm

A distinguished law firm in Surrey is looking for a career-oriented applicant for their office services department. This role is responsible for reception and office services coverage during the lunch hour, sick days and vacations.

The successful applicant will ideally have a minimum 1 year in a professional office environment. Professionalism is of the utmost importance in this role, as well as, the ability to handle a very busy desk. Attention to detail, and a strong work ethic a key to this role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answer phone call professionally and timely
  • Greet clients and visitors
  • Organize and run internal and external mail procedures including courier procedures;
  • Trial preparation, photocopying, and binder preparation;
  • Organize the storage and retrieval of closed files;
  • Deliver rushed documents to the courthouse;
  • Fill supply requests/stock, organize and tidy supply rooms, photocopy areas, and kitchens;

The successful applicant will advise and provide consulting services on all real estate issues on behalf of the company.
