Senior EA at Large National Professional Services Organization

This newly available role for an Executive Assistant is with an outstanding professional services organization located in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Supporting a Senior Executive of the company, this role is ideal for someone who is looking for a chance to prove their top-notch executive assistant skills and hard work in a rewarding and deadline driven environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant and/or Executive Assistant (preferably both)
  • Strong experience dealing with Boards and governance matters
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong technical skills
  • Must be able to thrive in a busy, deadline orientated environment
  • Ability to problem solve and think critically are a definite must

Your duties will involve analytical work including assessing information and condensing into an edited version, travel and meeting coordination, corporate filings administration, drafting and editing basic correspondence as well as other standard EA responsibilities.
