Residential Conveyancer – Friendly North Shore Firm

Our client, a full-service firm located in North Vancouver, has a newly available position for a Residential Conveyancer. This mid-sized firm can offer all of the perks of a Downtown firm, including a competitive salary, benefits plan, and is easily accessible via transit.

This firm exhibits a great corporate culture and understands the importance of a solid work-life balance. The firm believes in working hard but also in rewarding the effort and hard work of their staff, and for this reason the firm has a low turnover.

Although the opportunity is primarily a Residential Conveyancing role, the successful candidate will also be completing some Commercial work as well.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Conveyancing experience, Residential or Commercial.  You must also be eager and willing to develop your career in this area, as you will gain experience in both fields.
