Receptionist/Office Services Clerk – Prominent Vancouver Law Firm (14 month contract)

Our client, a mid-size downtown law firm, is looking for an ambitious candidate to fill their newly available Reception/Office Services opportunity. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to get their foot in the door with an exceptional organization.

The successful applicant will have a minimum 1-2 years’ reception or corporate office experience. Professionalism is of the utmost importance in this role, as well as, the ability to handle a very busy desk. Attention to detail, and a strong work ethic a key to this role.

Some duties and responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Receive and deliver incoming courier deliveries in a timely fashion;
  • Ensure that all outgoing deliveries have correct information and follow up to ensure that deliveries have been completed;
  • Other tasks and duties as may be assigned;
