This newly available Intermediate Securities Legal Assistant opportunity is with a national law firm located in the heart of Downtown Vancouver. Our client is looking for a motivated, outgoing and keen candidate who is looking for a chance to utilize their top-notch legal administrative assistant skills.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must have a minimum of 3 year’s LAA experience in corporate or securities
  • Familiarity with TSX resources, SEDAR and SEDI are required
  • Extremely detail-oriented with a high degree of professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and oral communication skills
  • Must be able to prioritize a high volume of work in a busy environment
  • Experience with Visio would be deemed a major asset
