Our client, an outstanding organization located in Vancouver, is seeking a professional and polished legal administrative assistant for 21 hours a week. This position requires someone with a high level of professionalism and credibility. This is a very friendly organization and they value work/life balance.


  • Legal Administrative Assistant Certificate from accredited institution and at least 2 years’ previous legal administrative assistant experience
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent writing and publishing skills paired with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to do some legal research
  • Able to work with minimal supervision as well as part of a team


  • Drafting and reviewing documents
  • Legal research
  • Liaising with committees and preparing agendas and minutes of meeting
  • Providing administrative support to in-house counsel
