In-House Legal Counsel – Work for an International Company!

Our client, a leader the construction industry, is looking for an experienced Lawyer to join its team. The successful applicant will advise and provide consulting services on all real estate issues on behalf of the company. As In-House Legal Counsel you will work with project managers and perform daily Legal Administration.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provides legal guidance to senior management team;
  • Manages the legal transactions and drafts/reviews all legal documents including contracts, RFP’s, leases, etc.;
  • Provides guidance with employment and labour-related matters;
  • Liaises with external parties including regulators, outside counsel, governing bodies, etc.;

The successful applicant must have a minimum of 3 years’ recent legal experience ideally in the construction or telecommunications industries and/or general corporate commercial experience. You must also have exceptional management, leadership and interpersonal skills. If you are thinking of a career move, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
