Executive Assistant for a Senior Executive at National Law Firm

Located downtown Vancouver, our client is a top national law firm, who is looking for an Executive Assistant for one of the Senior Executives of the firm. It is essential that the successful applicant have outstanding technical and calendar management skills.

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask are also key elements of this position so the ability to do both is an absolute must.

The successful applicant will have a minimum 3 years’ office experience, and while not required, experience in a law firm or professional services environment is considered an asset. In addition, the successful applicant will also need to be able to work independently or in a team setting if needed.
