Our client is seeking a part-time Corporate Paralegal to join their busy legal team. This is an excellent chance to work with a great group of corporate/commercial lawyers in a friendly, down to earth, highly respected local law firm located in downtown Vancouver. Our client offers its’ employees a strong emphasis on work-life balance, job satisfaction and a great benefits package.


  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Corporate Paralegal
  • Paralegal Certificate or diploma from accredited institution preferred
  • Strong technical skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Familiarity with ALF
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently is imperative in this role


  • Draft legal documents, conduct research and liaise with clients
  • Assist Lawyers with general transactional work, corporate reorganizations, and incorporations
  • Handle client inquiries and day-to-day corporate matters independently
  • Filings with the BC Registrar of Companies
  • Other duties as assigned
